Studio Policies
Please review the guidelines below before your session. These policies help keep the space running smoothly and are subject to change. If you have specific needs or questions, feel free to reach out ahead of time.
Bookings
All bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled time at no additional cost.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session will incur a 50% of your booking reschedule fee.
We recommend booking with certainty to avoid any additional charges.
Your rental time begins and ends at the exact time you’ve booked.

Early arrivals or late departures can incur additional charges.

A 5-minute grace period is given both on entry and exit due to the studio’s high demand.

Setup and breakdown must be completed within your reserved time—no additional 'prep' time is provided before or after.

If you arrive early and another session is in progress, you may be asked to wait outside or in the lobby based on the current guest’s preference.

Staying beyond your scheduled time will result in overtime charges, which will be processed by on-site staff.
Studio staff may be available to assist with entry, exit, and guest transitions, but are not guaranteed with your booking.

If you require staff assistance throughout your session, please request in advance.

Additional fees apply for dedicated staff support.
We kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it.

Return all props, furniture, and lighting equipment to their original positions.

Turn off all lights and appliances.

Lock the front door with the key provided upon exit.
Time & Arrival

Any damages to equipment, props, or the facility must be reported immediately.

Costs associated with repairs or replacements will be billed to the client under the original booking.
The studio is monitored by security cameras at all times for your safety and ours.

On occasion, staff may request your consent to capture behind-the-scenes content for promotional purposes.
Food and drinks are permitted, as long as you dispose of trash and clean up after yourself.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the studio.

We do have a fog/smoke machine available for use upon request.
Small pets are welcome in the studio.

For non-standard or exotic animals, prior approval is required.
